I feel that along with alot of Edward Hoppers gives a feeling of isolation, the woman feels so isolated that she feels comfortable stood in front of a window. Being naked normally makes people feel vunerable even when in their own home but she seems to have no such worries.
You can see the hills through the other window so im guessing she is in the countryside which suggest she is far from other people.
i would also say she has a need to dress up, maybe for a job or too impress someone i.e a partner, due to the fact she has high heels next to her bed so i would guess that she had them on the night before.
